Over the Xmas and New Year period our therapy service via the app will not be available on the following dates

Monday 27th Dec - Closed
Tuesday 28th Dec - Closed
Monday 3rd January - Closed

On all other dates it will continue service as usual, Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm.
And the app is available 24/7 with over 100 hours of self-management content as per usual
